We’re so happy you’re here. Kloset Klub is built to be quick, simple, and supportive. These rules are here to keep things clear, fair, and safe for everyone.

Follow them to make the most out of your selling journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Only list genuine items in the condition you describe.
Give buyers accurate info: size, colour, condition (New, Like New, or Used).
Upload clear photos or short videos of the actual item.
Keep your stock up to date, if it’s sold on another platform, take it down.

START SELLING

Kloset Klub is designed for quality fashion pieces that still hold resale value. Items with recognisable brands, good fabrics, and desirable styles tend to sell faster and earn you more.

BRANDS THAT TYPICALLY SELL WELL

High Street: Zara, Mango, Country Road, Witchery, Poetry, Trenery.

Sport & Street: Nike, Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Carhartt, Supreme.

Designer: We love supporting local and international labels.

Vintage: If it's a unique, high-quality thrift find, we want it!

BRANDS WE DO NOT ACCEPT

We do not accept entry-level mass-market or ultra-fast fashion brands. Please do not list items from:

Shein, Temu, or Wish.
Mr Price (Oakridge, Red, Project), Jet, Legit, Ackermans, or Pep.
Pick'n Pay Clothing or basic supermarket fashion.

Listings with these brands may be removed to keep the marketplace high-quality for everyone.

WHAT YOU CAN'T SELL

To keep buyers happy and safe, some things aren’t allowed:

Fakes, counterfeits, or replicas
Unsafe or very damaged items
Used underwear (bras, panties)
Children’s clothing
Torn, stained, or dirty pieces
Non-fashion stuff (make-up, electronics, home goods)

We only allow clothing, footwear, bags, and fashion accessories.

FEES

Kloset Klub charges a 5% Success Fee on each item sold.

If your item doesn’t sell, you don’t pay anything.

The 5% Success Fee helps us:

Keep payments safe with Secure Checkout (SafePay powered by TradeSafe)
Bring real buyers to your listings through marketing and visibility
Support you with orders, returns, and disputes
Improve the platform so selling stays fast, simple, and reliable

PRICING & VIDEO

The minimum listing price is R400.

Very low-priced items, especially ultra-fast fashion, rarely hold meaningful resale value online.

They are often skipped by buyers and can crowd the feed, making it harder for quality closets to be seen.

Setting a minimum value helps:

Give your listings better visibility
Keep browsing enjoyable for buyers
Improve your chances of a successful sale

Listings below R400 may be removed.

AUTHENTICITY POLICY

Our community is built on trust. We strictly prohibit the sale of counterfeit goods, replicas, or "inspired by" items.

Please don't list items described as "replica," "1:1," or "AAA Grade."

If a luxury item is listed for an unrealistically low price (e.g., a Gucci bag for R500), it will be removed as it looks suspicious.

Occasionally, we might ask for a receipt or proof of purchase for a high-value item. This is just to keep everyone safe!

PHOTO & VIDEO QUALITY STANDARDS

We want your items to fly off the digital shelf! To help with this, we ask for bright, clear content.

We strongly encourage video! Please keep your camera steady and use good lighting to show off the movement and details of the item. A great video is the fastest way to a sale!

We ask for clean images with good lighting. Photos that are dark, blurry, or taken on the floor tend not to sell, so we may ask you to retake them to give your item the spotlight it deserves.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When a buyer places an order, you’ll get a notification in your app to accept or decline. Only decline if you have a real reason.
Once you accept, you have 2 working days to ship using your chosen Pudo method.
After delivery, the buyer has 24 hours to confirm they got their order. If they don’t, the system will confirm it for them.
Once confirmed, the buyer has 48 hours to request a return if there’s a problem.
If no return is logged, the order closes as successful and the money is released into your wallet.
SafePay handles all payouts. You can use your wallet to shop on Kloset Klub or withdraw to your bank.
Bank withdrawals take 2–4 working days to reflect.

RETURNS

We want returns to be fair for everyone:

If it’s your mistake (wrong item sent, item arrives damaged, item not as described) → you cover the return shipping.
If it’s the buyer’s choice (change of mind, but correct item sent) → you can decline the return. If you agree, the buyer covers return shipping.
Buyers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery and upload proof (photos/videos).
You have 24 hours to accept or reject. If no reply, it’s auto-declined.
If accepted, buyers must ship within 2 days and upload tracking.

Once you receive the item, confirm the condition so refunds can be processed within 5–7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

We highly discourage cancelling or declining orders because it harms buyer trust and damages the shopping experience. Sellers should only list items they can deliver.

Sellers may accept or decline an order. If they decline, they must provide a valid reason.
If a seller declines more than five orders during the lifetime of their store, their store will be permanently banned from the platform.
Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
If a seller must cancel after accepting an order, they must message the buyer with a valid reason and notify us by [email protected] or via WhatsApp

Cancelled items are permanently removed and cannot be relisted.

COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT

Be kind, clear, and quick when chatting with buyers.
No spam, off-app deals, or rude behaviour.
Any fraud or repeated issues will result in suspension.

REVIEWS

After orders close, both you and the buyer can leave reviews within 1 day.
If only one review is left, it will be published automatically after the window closes.

UPDATES & NOTIFICATIONS

Keep notifications on so you don’t miss new orders or updates.
We’ll update these terms occasionally, and by continuing to sell, you agree to the latest version.
