WHAT BUYER PROTECTION COVERS

Kloset Klub holds every payment in a protected system instead of direct bank transfers.

Buyer Protection covers:

• Secure payment processing
• Fraud protection
• Dispute handling
• Funds held safely until you confirm
• Refunds when something isn't right

Without it, buyers would be trusting strangers online and sellers would risk not being paid.

Buyer Protection removes that risk for both sides.

WHAT BUYER PROTECTION COSTS

Buyer checkout fee: 6.5% + R15

It's capped at R150 per order, so it never keeps climbing on higher value pieces.

Example:

If you buy an item for R600

• 6.5% = R39

• R15 = R54 total fee

If you buy an item for R3,000 the fee stops at R150 (it does not keep growing)
