WHY THERE IS A CHECKOUT FEE
Kloset Klub uses a protected payment system instead of direct bank transfers.
The checkout fee covers:

Payment processing

Fraud protection

Dispute handling

Escrow holding of funds

Refunds if necessary
Without this system, buyers would have to trust strangers online and sellers would risk non-payment.
HOW MUCH IT COSTS
Buyer checkout fee: 6.5% + R15
The fee is capped at R150 maximum per order.
This means the fee never keeps increasing on higher value purchases.
Example:
If you buy an item for R600

6.5% = R39
-
R15 = R54 total fee
If you buy an item for R3,000 the fee stops at R150 (it does not keep growing)
This fee is what allows Kloset Klub to safely hold the payment and guarantee the transaction.
