Browse thousands of listings from real people's closets, buy with confidence and give great pieces a second life.

Here is how it works as a buyer:

• Browse thousands of curated listings from sellers across South Africa

• Chat directly with a seller on any listing before you buy, on the app or web

• Add items from multiple sellers into one cart and checkout in a single transaction

• Your payment is held safely until you confirm you are happy with your order

• The seller ships your item via Pudo, using door collection or one of over 1,200 lockers nationwide

• Once your order arrives, confirm receipt in the app and the seller gets paid

• Every order is covered by Buyer Protection, so your money is always safe until you are satisfied

CAN I BUY FROM MULTIPLE SELLERS AT ONCE?

Yes. Kloset Klub has a full shopping cart, so you can browse listings from different sellers, add them all to your cart and check out in one single transaction.

One payment, one checkout. No need to pay separately per seller.

HOW DO I CONTACT A SELLER?

Every listing has a built-in chat.

Ask about sizing, condition, measurements or anything else before you buy.

Available on both the app and web so you can always get the answers you need before you commit.

HOW DO I PAY?

You never send money directly to a seller.

You pay through secure checkout using:

• Your Kloset Klub wallet (wallet top up available)

• Visa & Mastercard debit or credit cards

• Instant EFT (secure bank payment)

• SnapScan

• PayJustNow (buy now, pay later)

• Ozow

• RCS store cards

• Diners Club

• Soon Apple Pay

WHAT IS THE BUYER PROTECTION FEE?

Every order on Kloset Klub is protected.

Your money is held safely and only released to the seller once you confirm you are happy. Nobody gets paid until you are satisfied.

The fee is 6.5% of your order value plus R15, capped at a maximum of R150.

• R300 item → R34.50

• R800 item → R67

• R2,500 item → R150 (maximum)

What you are protected against:

• Item not as described

• Damaged or missing items

• Seller cancellations

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

All orders are shipped via Pudo, giving you flexible and trackable delivery across South Africa with delivery in 1 to 4 business days.

Choose the option that works best for you:

• Locker to locker - collect from your nearest Pudo locker, available 24/7 at petrol stations and shopping centres nationwide

• Locker to door - your order is collected from a locker and delivered straight to your door

• Door to locker — collected from the seller's door and dropped at your nearest Pudo locker for you to collect

• Door to door — collected from the seller and delivered directly to your address

• Kiosk collection — collect from your nearest Pudo kiosk, a great alternative if there is no locker nearby

You will receive a PIN or QR code to collect your parcel, plus tracking updates every step of the way.

Shipping fees: When you buy from multiple sellers in one cart, each seller ships their items separately from their own location. You will see one clear shipping total at checkout and we handle the allocation in the background

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

If something is not right with your order, you have a window to raise a return through the app.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

Start by messaging the seller directly through the in-app or web chat. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

If you cannot reach an agreement, you can escalate to our support team at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

We will review the evidence and step in to make a fair call.

All disputes must be raised through the platform. Never communicate off the app or ship items outside the system.

This keeps everything tracked, safe and protected for both sides.

HOW DO REVIEWS WORK?

After every completed order, buyers and sellers rate each other. It goes both ways.

You rate the seller on quality, accuracy and service. They rate you as a buyer. All reviews are visible on store profiles and help build trust across the platform.

Leaving an honest review after every order helps other buyers make confident decisions and rewards sellers who do things right.
